1. Who processes your data
This website is run by Admir Pajic, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I am the controller of any personal data you send through this site. You can reach me at the email address listed in the Contact section.
2. What data I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. Nothing else. There is no registration, no user account, and no tracking of your behaviour on this site.
3. Why I collect it
Solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. Your data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the contact form. You may withdraw it at any time.
4. Who else sees your message
The contact form is delivered through Web3Forms, an external service that forwards submissions to my inbox. Your message passes through their servers, which run on Amazon Web Services. The connection is encrypted. Web3Forms acts as a processor on my behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. Their own privacy terms are published at web3forms.com.
5. How long it is kept
Web3Forms deletes stored submissions after 30 days. The email itself stays in my inbox for as long as the enquiry is relevant, and no longer than two years. If you ask me to delete it sooner, I will.
6. Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers and your IP address is visible to them during that request.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask me what data I hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and ask for a copy of your data. Write to me and I will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
